A stunning pair of genuine antique French cast iron planters / jardinières, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. They are ornately decorated with scrolls, acanthus leaves and flowers, complete with original red paint. They each measure 48cm wide x 21cm deep x 19cm high. One of the planters has an old repair to one leg (see photo), and they have wear to the paint and surface rust, otherwise all in genuine antique condition. FULLY REFURBISHED PAIR OF VINTAGE CAST IRON GARDEN BENCHES. All the cast iron parts (seat ends and chair backs) have been professionally sandblasted and powder coated. They will therefore retain their colour for years without rusting. The wooden slats have also been replaced, though these have naturally weathered being outside all year. Overall width of each bench is 45.5ins (116cm). Height of back 29ins (74cm). Seat depth 16ins (41cm). Seat height 16.5ins (42cm). They are remarkably comfortable even without cushions. They are quite heavy and are built to remain outdoors all year round. Not suitable for posting or even courier, so collection only please. 1930s Art deco vintage red theatre/cinema seats cast iron – up to row of 8, seats are in good condition for their age. The backs have some scratches and chums so with some black paint to touch them up. These are our beloved cinema seats in vintage cast iron. Really beautiful cast iron heavy cinema seats. Lovely red velvet original covers in very good condition. Seats fold up and are deep sprung seats for long shows. Golden painted frame work. We used it for a cinema room and had two staggered rows of 3 seats, with draping red material on the walls. There are enough arms to make a whole row of 8 or two rows of a 4 seats and 3 seat, or two rows of 3 seats, or three rows of 2 seats. All the cushions are in very good condition and there is a spare seat that is a bit worn which is on the last photo left seat, there are also 8 ashtrays which can be screwed into the backs and 2 spare backs. Each seat is 57cm wide, 67cm in depth, 88cm in height. Perfect for a hall wall, or for real film lovers a cinema room. Screws into the floor or woodscrew piece. From a smoke free pet free home. Any questions just ask. Someone contacted to ask how they looked folded up. I’ve only got photos of a single and row of 3 folded, but that should give you a first. The new trivet has three rubber caps that cover the feet. I noticed this after I wrapped it up in bubble wrap, so I placed the cap in a baggie and put it in the box.
