Beautiful original Hubley Mfg. Company, Lancaster Pennsylvania, door knocker circa 1920. Top measures 5 inches long from the rose bud to the stem on the bottom. 3 inches wide and 4 inches long on the back cast iron base. Large red rose with buds and leaves which are hand painted and shaded in perfect hues.. The base also has a pretty green leaf hidden from view. Colors remain bright and all original. I have not cleaned it, it has been stored for years in an old chest. Some light wear from use. This door knocker is not easily found.
